This mind-body class does more than improve flexibility. Gain balance, core strength, muscular strength and endurance, and leave feeling relaxed.

Mondays - 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

4 workout session for $16/students, $20/non-students

Yoga is one of the best way to flexible your body and feels like refreshment. I have undertraining of yoga and my trainer is trained me in deeply.
