With traditional students now being of Generation Z, it is important that we meet them where they are by utilizing mediums and channels they are familiar with to educate on topics of diversity and inclusion – Podcasts, Ted Talks, etc. Through this series, we want to present “Voices of Diversity” to spread the message about the importance of becoming culturally competent and encourage an appreciation of diversity.
