Safe Zone Chats are discussion groups hosted on the 2nd Friday of each month that provide a forum for SHSU students, faculty and staff supporters of organizational diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to network, enhance diversity competencies and discuss best practices for inclusive engagement. Safe Zone chats are designed to provide a safe environment to have diversity dialogue on many topics in a roundtable discussion format.
