Total Body Toning with Recreational Sports

This full-body workout increases muscular strength and endurance, targeting all the main muscle groups utilizing a variety of strength equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.  For the safety of our entire university community, you will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing at all on-campus events.

Classes are Free! 

Mondays - 5:- 5:45 p.m.

Class reservations open 7 days prior to the start of class. A class reservation is REQUIRED to participate in Group X classes.You will receive the Zoom information via email after you reserve your spot.
