The SHSU Department of Theatre and Musical Theatre invites you to watch This is Our Youth by Kenneth Lonergan which follows forty-eight hours of three very lost young souls in the big city at the dawn of the Reagan Era. Funny, painful, and compassionate, this play is a living snapshot of the moment between adolescence and adulthood when many young people first go out into the world on their own, armed only with the ideas and techniques they developed as teenagers—ideas and techniques far more sophisticated than their parents ever realize, and far less effectual than they themselves can possibly imagine.

Performances will takes place Febraury 15 to 18 in the Showcase Theatre located in the University Theatre Center at 1740 Bobby K. Marks Drive, Huntsville, Texas, 77340.

Tickets are available on the Box Office website for $12 in advance and $15 the week of the event. Season passes for $99 include 10 events of choice per year. SHSU students, faculty, and staff may redeem one free ticket per event with a valid Sam ID. Student tickets will be available the week of the event. Restrictions may apply.
