My name is Keyonna Gaines, and I serve as the President of Soul Lifters. We have an event that was originally scheduled for tomorrow in the LSC Theater, which was reserved over the summer. Unfortunately, due to an issue on their end, we are no longer able to use that space.

We’ve already made financial commitments for this event, including paying for guest travel, musicians, and other participants for our Campus Connect program. Campus Connect is a worship-based event where our choir performs, our praise dancers minister through dance, musicians play, and a guest preacher delivers a message.

We would only need the space, about four microphones, and a screen or projector to display our presentation. The event would take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

I understand this is very last-minute, but I wanted to ask if there is any possibility that we could use your theater—or another available performance space—tomorrow to host this event.
