As a Border Patrol Agent, Alumnus Alberto De Leon intercepted people, drugs and contraband coming across the border illegally using mountain bikes, scope vehicles, brush trucks, and “the art of tracking.” Now, he serves as the Special Operations Supervisor for U.S. Border Patrol in Laredo, helping to get the best technology and tactical equipment to agents on the Mexican border.
