Program Council (PC) is the official student programming board of Sam Houston State University. PC consists of a Board of eight student leaders, who strategically design events that entertain the campus community and foster a sense of belonging.

The Board plans and executes an average of 30 events a semester ranging from signature programs like Bingo Night and PC Cinema to larger-scale programs like LSC Takeover and the Miss Sam Houston Scholarship Pageant. With every event hosted, PC aspires to cultivate an inclusive campus environment that promotes student engagement and enhances the Bearkat experience.
