Kevin is an excellent speaker and made us feel as if we were there the day he jumped. Him telling of the hard work to maintain his illness symptoms gives hope to those who struggle with mental health that control can be gained over the dark times.
The idea that the majority of suicide survivors instantly regret their action of taking their own life is powerful and one that I never thought of before hearing him say it.
Kevin is witty, a great story teller, and worthwhile to give a listen. Check him out online!

I am unable to attend as I am a distance learner, but I did see him in November 2018 at a Mental Health Symposium. He is an amazing and captivating speaker. I thoroughly enjoyed his portion of the program, and have suggested to my workplace to bring him in for our in-service training someday.
