Join our Peer Health Ambassadors for our first Kat Chats! Students can drop-in to chat with a PHA while doing a fun de-stress activity. This event provides a safe space for students to talk about how to improve their health and well-being.

How to find us? Come to the Student Wellness office. We are located in the Rec Center, Suite 115. Swipe your Bearkat OneCard at the Rec Center main entrance, walk through the multi-purpose training room and head around the corner to our suite (first floor).
