High Fitness with Rec Sports

HIGH Fitness is simple, intense, and fun! HIGH takes old-school fitness to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as interval training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more.

(Classes are Free during Demo Days Jan. 13 - 26 and Sweat the Stress Apr. 27-May 6)

Mondays - 6:15 - 7 p.m. (Jan. 27 - Apr. 20)

Thursdays - 5 - 5:45 p.m. (Jan 30 - Apr. 23)

$15 students/$20 non-students

Price covers the class day of your choice for 12-weeks.
