The Department of Mass Communication invites you to attend and partake in celebrating the creative works of students, Texas filmmakers, public relations and advertising students in the areas of film, television, audio, public relations, and other related genres.

The festival presents juried works and culminates in an award ceremony and scholarship presentation.
