About this Event
Strengthen and sculpt your core muscles in this hardcore ab workout. This class is great by itself or in addition to another workout.
Classes are FREE!
Mondays - 4:15 - 4:45 p.m. (Virtual)
Tuesdays - 6:15 - 6:45 p.m. - MP1
Wednesdays - 4 - 4:30 p.m. (Virtual)
Wednesdays - 6:15 - 6:45 p.m. - MP2
Class reservations open 7 days prior to the start of class. A class reservation is REQUIRED to participate in Group X classes.You will receive the Zoom information via email after you reserve your spot.

Awesome! Although, I didn't realize it was live
It was pretty good! I don't think zoom likes me though. Probably would've worked better on YouTube. Still a good workout though. Feel nice and sore from it 💪💪
