Engage in a healthier February with our Fit February incentive program designed to encourage students, faculty, and staff to maintain a consistent fitness routine. Throughout the month, track your workouts diligently. At the conclusion of each week, submit a summary detailing the exercises you completed, the number of workout days, and the facility where you exercised. This program is scheduled to run from Feb. 5 - 25, fostering a collective commitment to well-being.
