About this Event
View mapThis indoor cycling class consists of varying speeds, resistance levels, and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and strengthening your lower body while taking you through a variety of sprints and hills. For the safety of our entire university community, you will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing at all on-campus events.
Classes are FREE!
Mondays - 5:15 - 6 p.m. - MP1
Wednesdays - 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. - MP1
Thursdays - 5:15 - 6 p.m. - MP1
Class reservations open 7 days prior to the start of class. A class reservation is REQUIRED to participate in Group X classes.
