The Concert Festival allows high school and middle school ensembles to perform and record music in the James and Nancy Gaertner Performing Arts Center's Payne Concert Hall. Registration is required. 

The Payne Concert Hall is located in the James and Nancy Gaertner Performing Arts Center at 815 17th St., Huntsville, Texas, 77340.
