Barre Toning and Recovery with Rec Sports

Meet us at the barre and experience a fun full-body workout that incorporates yoga and pilates to strengthen, tone, and stretch. This is far from a dance class!

Classes are FREE!

Tuesdays - 7 - 7:45 p.m.
Wednesdays - 7:15 - 8 p.m.
Thursdays - 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.

Class reservations open 7 days prior to the start of class. A class reservation is REQUIRED to participate in Group X classes.You will receive the Zoom information via email after you reserve your spot.
