Celebrated author, Jane Austen, is placed at the center of the narrative, as she goes about reworking her famed love story, Pride and Prejudice. As this epic tale unfolds, the beloved characters come to life and begin to interact with their author, ultimately influencing their own destiny and Jane Austen as well. It’s a story of self-discovery for the author and her characters as they learn that first impressions and the choices they make can get in the way of finding true happiness. AUSTEN’S PRIDE shares the story or Pride and Prejudice with clever humor and a lush sweeping score that will carry you away to a bygone era of yearning and romance.
