Yoga with Recreational Sports

This mind-body class does more than improve flexibility. Gain balance, core strength, muscular strength, and endurance. Leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 

Classes are FREE!

Mondays  - 7:45 - 8:30 p.m - MP1
Wednesdays - 7 - 7:45 p.m. - MP2
Thursdays - 4:15 - 5 p.m. (Virtual)
Fridays - 1:15 - 2 p.m. - MP1

Class reservations open 7 days prior to the start of class. A class reservation is REQUIRED to participate in Group X classes.You will receive the Zoom information via email after you reserve your spot. 

 For the safety of our entire university community, you will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing at all on-campus events.

I couldn't attend the session due to the message "Host currently in another session". Even with multiple attempts and from different devices. Hopefully, just a glitch. I love the yoga sessions you guys do.
