The 2023 SHSU Music Therapy Awareness Weekend is a multiple-day event hosted and planned by the student members of the on-campus music therapy organization, Mu Tau Omega. The goal is to promote awareness of music therapy to the broader SHSU community through a series of presentations given by practicing music therapists and then a concert featuring music therapy students and faculty. The event is free to the public.
