How to participate in Zoom Group X Classes:
Have zoom on your computer by going to shsu.zoom.us Click on meeting link Enter in meeting ID Make sure zoom has access to your microphone and video to your device Mute your microphone! (bottom right hand corner)
Step 5: Get moving and have fun! Step 6: We will be recording these videos and sharing them for you to complete on your own if you are unable to make the live class. Music will not be played by our instructors. Please play your favorite music during the workout.
