10 Rounds with Recreational Sports

Gloves aren’t a fashion statement in this high-intensity interval training workout. Your instructor will lead you through explosive rounds where you will deliver different combinations that work your entire body!

How to participate in Zoom Group X Classes:

Have zoom on your computer by going to Click on meeting link Enter in meeting ID Make sure zoom has access to your microphone and video to your device Mute your microphone! (bottom right hand corner)

  • This is super important! If your microphone is not muted, the camera flips back to you. When we upload these to our website, other participants will see you instead of the instructor!

Step 5: Get moving and have fun! Step 6: We will be recording these videos and sharing them for you to complete on your own if you are unable to make the live class. Music will not be played by our instructors. Please play your favorite music during the workout.

Tips for success:

  • Ensure your space is free of clutter, not slippery, ceilings are high enough for jumping, and your overall surroundings are safe for exercise.
  • Drink water as needed.
  • If you are injured, feeling faint, dizzy, or have any other signs or symptoms of a health issue, STOP exercising exercise and contact the local emergency services.
  • Use items around the house like cans, jugs of water, backpacks, etc. if you are looking for weights.
  • If additional weight or items are too light, move through the exercises slower to complete the assigned rep count.
