Campus Recreation Center (REC)

The Campus Recreation Center (REC) is considered "home" for all things Campus Recreation. It is used for all program areas. It houses 5 basketball/8 volleyball/12 badminton courts, multiple aerobics/multipurpose rooms, 1/8 mile indoor running track, 3 racquetball courts, 2 weight and functional training rooms room (free weights/machine weights/cardiovascular equipment/turf area), a cardio area, locker rooms, and an equipment check-out area. All these activity areas are available on a drop-in / informal basis during our operational hours.

Great idea! Should do this again and find a way for online students to attend as well, more virtual attendance opportunities would be great!
